Echoes From The Tomb.

 Reality Tv Bites.

I have a serious confession to make. This morning I was thinking about it as I watched the news, you know what? I have never seen an episode of Survivor, or Dancing with the stars, or American Idol, or any other crappy reality show that offers little more than a bunch of untrained people, who can’t act, sing or dance their way out of a wet paper sack. You think Joe Blow down at the Sack and Save can sing? No ace, news flash.. Frank Sinatra was a singer.. Think that cutie at the register at the Five and Dime can dance? No.. Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers were Dancers. I pay for cable television to actually want to watch it, and when I turn it on I expect to see something with actual entertainment value, not a bunch of untrained people who are trying to live their dream.. If you want to sing on television, take lessons first!! Chit… I’ll have to finish this later, I have to go to work now.. Hey That’s reality for you..

 One year

I am faced tonight with a bit of a problemo. See Saturday March 17th is kind of a special day for me, for on that day it will be one whole year that I have been off of the sauce.. (That means booze.) yepp I made it. One year completely sober.. No beer, no booze of any kind. Problem is how do I celebrate when I am no longer partaking in the drink. I’m thinking that I will just have a small get together with some friends.. Yeah that’s the ticket.. Well I have to get ready for work tomorrow so I’m out my friends.. Laters.

 Thought For a Friday.

My friend Phast Phreddie gave me a piece of paper with this little interoffice memo on it yesterday, although I am not completely sure what it applies to, or in what way, I thought I would post it to see what your take on it would be.

Interoffice Memo.

The objective of all dedicated employees should be to thoroughly analyze all situations, Anticipate any and all problems prior to their occurrence, have answers for these problems, and move swiftly to solve these problems when called upon.

You should take into consideration however, that when your up to your ass in alligators, it’s difficult to remind yourself that your initial objective was to drain the swamp.

I'm thinkng that I've heard this somewhere before although I don't recall where . anyhow, I hope that you all have a great Friday.

 Crouching Tiger, Babbling Dragon.

I have been in a bit of a mood lately, I write for two or three hours and then scrap it, I start over on a completely different topic only to scrap it halfway through. I have managed to write a couple of pretty good parts of the Demon Chronicles series, and I have started two new posts for Crows Crossing Road, not to mention the ongoing detective story Shadow Falls on the Soul Asylum blog. I got Mr. P and Woogie busting my chops over who put the price on their heads, and I find out that I’m a suspect.. My coffee pot took a crap yesterday, And through all of that we got a few inches of snow just to make it cold and miserable outside. It makes me wonder what will happen next.. At least I did manage to find a good source of Vitamin C at Wal Mart its called “Emergen-C” its 1,000 mg’s of pure vitamin c, on top of that I started taking One A Day Men’s Health Formula vitamins, I think I finally got that flu bug kicked. Ah well Let it snow, time to go catch up with some of my Blogstream buddies.

 Ghost Rider

Sorry Gang but I got to the party a little late this evening, I went to see the new Ghost rider movie and it rocked! Some of the coolest special effects that have come down the pike in some time. The Flaming Bike was awesome and The rider himself was done with a bit of humor, all in all I enjoyed and nick cage did a bang up job as usual. And Eva Mendes was smoking hot, woooooo Didddddy! Huh Oh yeah it was all about the rider and the bike!!
