I always make it a point to try and maintain a good working relationship with my neighbors here on the Blogstream, and while There are some that refuse to get along there are more than a few of us that will try to make you feel welcome. I think the old adage applies here.. “Good fences make good neighbors” or something like that, anyhow I have myself some of the best neighbors ever here on the ol Stream.. PolarB.. My bestus Buddy, Prank, Sweet Six, Daisy, B.C., Colo, geez man there’s a million of them.. There are waaay too many to name you all. in fact, to do you all Justice would be certainly impossible.. Well, before I drift too far away from my intentions concerning this post Let me just say how happy I was to hear that one of my very best friends here on the Stream Sherry of “Raindrops Make Things Beautiful” FINALLY got DSL internet service today.. And I must say it couldn’t have happen to a sweeter more deserving woman than My friend Sherry.. You all really should Swing by her blog and just read it sometime and You’ll most certainly agree.. She’s one of the best on the Stream.. I am Glad You’re with us Sherry.. Everyday I spend in your company is indeed an honor..

Well its been a pretty interesting week to say the least, from a blogging standpoint anyway. Shibari found the moveable chatrooms, How great is that? or that’s who told me about it at least. Finally I can talk to the people here that I actually like talking to, without wading through all of the crap that we had to in regular chat. Its been a kick so far, and so far there hasn’t been any poison pills to ruin it.. Ok downside of the week, the music codes that I posted from Imeem are disappearing faster than our presidents scruples. Three I pulled from the background of the Demon Chronicles because they would only play for 30 seconds, I haven’t checked the Hans Zimmer stuff from The Dragons Legacy yet though.. Most of the stuff that isn’t on a play list is shrinking quickly so I’m guessing that they may have gotten pressure from those greed mongers at the RIAA, but I’m not sure exactly what’s going on there.. So what’s a dragon to do? Well I did some fishing around and found Finetune. It isn’t perfect for what we do around here.. But at least we can hear the whole song.. The play lists are rather long and it doesn’t appear to have single song capabilities, I would rather liken it to a portable Jukebox than a play list really, as the lists are rather long.. Currently 45 songs a pop. that’s a lot.. But in their defense I will say, that there hasn’t been a time when I went looking for an artist that I couldn’t find anything at all on them, they even have two tunes by Erlend Krauser for petes sake! I haven’t heard him since the original song2play took a nose dive.No Finetune isn’t perfect, but what is? Righteous Indignation doesn’t appear to be working here. People either refuse to see what’s going on or simply choose to ignore it. It has become a sad state of affairs indeed. Too much rage in the world. Too much abuse. Too much intolerance, people no longer seem to have the patience nor taste for compassion. Damn when are we gonna learn to speak to each other with our voices rather than our fists? I had stepped out for a bit, when I saw a man yesterday, he had his girlfriend or wife with him, he was screaming at her in the parking lot next to Carl’s Jr. He was calling her a fat ugly sow.. I wanted to hurt him really bad.. I wanted to abuse and belittle him, just so he could see how it felt. I not sure if that would have helped anything.. In fact it probably would have made me as guilty of abuse as him.. I don’t think you can stop an abuser with violence..



I often wonder how the rest of the world REALLY looks at us.. Are they amused or disgusted by the persona that we have had painted for us by weak leadership? Do they think we are all just fat lazy Americans? I do wonder.. We do seem to enjoy sticking our heads in the sand don’t we? We walk down the street with our little Ipods strapped to our belts.. In our little jogging shorts acting like we really care about or actually stand for something, other than serving our own interests.. I can kind of see how we could seem to be rather self absorbed to them.. But in our own defense, it isn’t like we have the best leadership in the world right now. Don’t mind me y’all.. Just trying to get the wheels turning in my fried brain. Laters..
